I was first inspired to start building little dreams named pavlovas in 2022 (thanks to an Aussie) and have since fallen in love with the luscious dessert and the absolute joy it brings loved ones and strangers. As an artist, it’s such a nice way to play and enjoy slow moments.
Pavlovas are messy and loose and romantic like a kiss, warm and soft like a hug. I love the gentleness of them, the flavor and lightness of the meringue is so entrancing. I’ve loved making desserts my whole life and I feel grateful to share my devotion to sweets with you.
